Whereas the Economic Opportunity Planning Association of Greater Toledo, Inc., in keeping with the mandate of all Community Action Agencies to stimulate a better focusing of all available local, State, private, and Federal resources upon the goals of low-income familes and individuls of all ages, in rural and urban areas, to obtain the skills, knowledge, and motivations; and to further secure the opportunities needed for them to become self-sufficient, do hereby proclaim our mission to be:
