  and registration for Head Start. There will be rides for children, raffles,

  <title>HEAP Summer Program Air Conditioner Supply Exhausted</title>

  to exceptionally high demand, has run out of air conditioners. At this time it is 
  assumed that no additional units will be available. EOPA and HEAP will notify the

  <title>School's Out, Pools Open </title>

  <description>The Economic Opportunity Planning Association of Greater Toledo has provided funding 
  for the City of Toledo Department of Neighborhoods so that several City swimming pools can be 
  opened earlier than they normally would. Opening the pools early provides local neighborhood 
  activities for children, adults, and families, and provides jobs operating and maintaining the 
  pools for teenagers and young adults who typically have difficulty in obtaining employment.
  The pools being opened early under this program are Willys, Wilson, Pickford, Navarre, Jamie Farr, and the Savage Splash Pad.

  Federal Poverty Level for This Winter</title>

  income guidelines for the 2009-2010 Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) have increased to 
  200-percent of the federal poverty level. This increase, from last years level of 150-percent, 
  will allow more Lucas County residents to be eligible for assistance in paying winter heating bills.

  <title>2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act / Community Services Block Grant Application Accepted</title>

  <description>E.O.P.A. is pleased to announce that our application for the above referenced grant and funding has been 
  accepted by the Ohio Department of Development Office of Community Services. These Block Grant funds are to be utilized 
  for the purposes of Home Maintenance and Repair Training, Neighborhood Stabilization, Re-Housing (establishing occupancy 
  in previously vacant homes), General Education Development (GED), and Community Resources Outreach and Case Management. 
  ARRA/CSBG funding sought and approved totaled $1.8M. Operations under this funding have already begun. Additional
